I was having family over for the upcoming holiday and my kichen sink began to backup. I thought it was the garbage disposal, but called Old World Plumbing, now part of Valley Fire in Batavia. They came out immediately, told me that the Garbage Disposal was fine and they only need to rod the kitchen sink. This saved a lot of money since the Plumber told me the problem was not replacing the garbage disposal. He fixed it quickly was very polite and knowledge. I would recommend using this plumbing service.

Armando came out to replace a leaking hot water heater, part of a 2 water heater system. He was professional, used all PPE, was careful with moving the old water heater out, and the new one in. This is the second time we have had Armando do work for us. Highly recommend!

I have used this company in the past, a few times, and was happy with them. This past time, I did not receive a quote before the work was started and never received an itemized bill. The plumber wrote 5.0 hrs in on the bottom of the paper. He was only here 3.5 hrs....an hour of which he was out shopping. I figured a plumber would have parts, especially when I told them ahead of time the work I wanted done and sent pics. They charged me an hour labor for him to go shopping. I asked for an itemized bill from billing and received the worst customer service. I was shocked because I used this company before....I've recommend them. Never again.

Armondo came highly recommended so I sent his number to my father in law when he needed some help (which he rarely seeks!). He said Armondo was excellent and a very nice guy. I will not pass contacts on to my f-i-l unless they’re very solid; Armondo came through! Will definitely call these guys again when we need plumbing assistance.

Called for drain rodding, Kim scheduled quickly, plumber was on time and very clean, billed correctly. Plumber spent a few minutes with me explaining options for upgrading fixtures with my master bath. Will us them again!
